Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full (100%).

No refunds will be issued.  If for any reason original booking needs to be rescheduled, alternative appointments will be offered to the client, or a gift voucher issued to the amount received by Healing Hands Holistic. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
